💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in South Bay for the past 30 days was $748,000 for detached homes, which is down -3.5% YOY and $587,500 for attached homes, equating to an increase of 8.7% YOY.
