💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in San Diego County for the past 30 days was $680,000 for detached homes, which is up 12.6% YOY and $435,000 for attached homes, equating to an increase of 4% YOY.
