💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in San Diego for the past 30 days was $779,500 for detached homes, which is up 14.5% YOY and $487,900 for attached homes, equating to an increase of 12.2%.
