📅 AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET: Detached homes were on the market for an average of 19 days, whereas Attached homes averaged 22 days on the market.
💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in San Diego for the past 30 days was $826,125 for detached homes, which is up 22.2% YOY and $523,626 for attached homes, with an increase of 19%.
