💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in North County for the past 30 days was $795,000 for detached homes, which is up 19.4% YOY and $461,000 for attached homes, equating to an increase of 8%.
