💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in North County for the past 30 days was $770,000 for detached homes, which is up 14% YOY and $470,000 for attached homes, equating to an increase of 14.6%.
