Mission Valley Monday Market Update (*As of 12/21/2020)

The Mission Valley housing market is very competitive. This year there were almost double the number of studios and 1 bedrooms that sold compared to last year, which is why the median price for December is down from last year. While comparing Year-to-Date YOY; however, median sold prices are up 8.2%.
