💸 30-DAY RUNNING MEDIAN SOLD PRICE and YOY CHANGE: The median sold price for homes in East County for the past 30 days was $660,000 for detached homes, which is up 16% YOY and $390,000 for attached homes, equating to an increase of 8.3%.
