There have been 6 detached homes listed and 1 attached home listed for sale.

5 detached homes and 5 attached homes went into pending status (got an accepted offer).

6 detached homes and 2 attached homes have closed escrow.

Detached homes were on the market for an average of 32 days, whereas attached homes averaged 18 days on the market.

The median sold price for homes in 92120 which includes Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, Grantville for the past 30 days was $875,000 for detached homes, which is up or down 18.8% YOY and $270,000 for attached homes, equating to a decrease of 13.3%. There were more smaller condos that sold this year compared to last that’s why the sold prices are lower.
